Dick
Halverson In
1981 Dick developed his first housing
project, Cornerstone Cooperative Homes. Licensed in Real
Estate in 1983, he does sell an occasional property but focuses on development
work. With the experience of 15 projects and with extensive research in
universal design, healthy houses, and the requirements for
seniors, Dick brings years of successful experience to JustShelter. He
was the first Chair of the Board of Habitat for Humanity
Niagara. He has also served for 6 years on the Region's
Smarter Niagara committee. See his C.V.

Ian
Ellingham Ian
brings an extraordinary background in housing and housing
research. He has a PhD in Architectural and Urban Studies,
an M.A. in Land Economy and an MBA. He has participated in a
variety of initiatives relative to buildings and land, and has
managed the development and redevelopment of retail, industrial,
office, and other forms of housing. He has completed 13
housing projects as a development consultant, with most targeted
to seniors. See
