JustShelter Realty Services Inc. provides a full range of development consulting services.  Our clients include groups wishing to develop 

• housing for seniors,

• forms of assisted housing, or

Clients often are not experienced in developing the particular project they wish to create.  

We are central participants in connecting the organizations mission to possibilities and then drafting a specific proposal. As consultant, we play a pivotal role of project formation, coordination, and completion.  

We strongly believe that a quality project is more than buildings and roads.  A superior development requires the creation of a safe and healthy living environment that serves to promote the quality of life of the whole person. Further the development must be based on meaningful principles of environmental sustainability, in view of global warming and the expected economic reset  anticipated by the depletion of carbon based fuels.
