| St. Andrews Niagara Housing Development Corporation Note: This is |
| indendent living, however if needed, supportive services are provided 16 |
| hours per day by the Ministry of Health which include personal care and house |
| keeping. Approximate one third of residents receive supportive assistance |
| which is provided on an as needed basis. Admission Criteria Applicants must |
| be seniors or have at least one partner 60 years of age or older. |

| Units There are 60 units 12 market rental units and 48 rent geared to income |
| units (15 units are designed for wheelchair use). Amenities Stove and fridge, |
| laundry facilities, a large lounge, dining room (meals not provided) and craft |
| room. There is also a therapuetic tub and shower room. |
