Open House - Step - Cha Cha Cha . . . .
The "Open House" dance can be a hit or miss process. You may stumble across the right home or maybe not. If your patience ends with a do-it-yourself search, you may settle for the wrong home. It makes sense to use professional help that is readily available and normally without cost to you. It is a Realtor’s job to know what is available to match your needs and to arrange for viewing.
However.......
If you still want to go to open houses - hey it is interesting to see how others decorate,  then here is how to proceed:
M.L.S.® Service!
At the open house we will have current Multiple Listing Service (M.L.S.®) listings of of the Niagara Association of Realtors. All brokers have agreed to co-operate with all other members of the Board to encourage the sharing of information and to allow us to show listings of other companies.  So it does not matter how large or small a company may be, it comes down to how willing an agent is to share information. Use the Web site to help clarify your desires, but come for a list comparable properties with much more information not available on the Web site.
Get Daily Updates!
Every day new listings are added to the system. Daily computerized searches tailored to your needs will give an advantage over other house hunters. You can avoid wasting your time by focusing only on those houses that match your needs.  An agent using only the M.L.S.^® listing book will have information that could be 11 days old. Information updated daily means knowing about the right house before it is sold to someone else.  See Response Form
