First Things First!

Don't put the cart before the horse!  There is more to Real Estate than calling an agent.  It is not something you do many times in your life and you need to take your time to learn the terms and the steps needed to be successful.   It will the best time investment you can make when getting serious about buying or selling.

Ask yourself the following questions.  Even if you think your know the answers, read on.

  • Should you buy your new home first or sell the one you have first?

  • How do you know that we, or anyone else will provide the service you need?  How do you select you Realtor?

  • Do you have enough equity and income to qualify for a mortgage?

  • What are all of these terms anyway.  What are 'chattel' and do they live in herds?

  • Should you not move and instead renovate?

  • Can you afford to do either?

Experienced buyers and sellers may remember most of what is required, but read on anyway.  It couldn't hurt to see what you have forgotten!
