Problems We Face....

Often a purchase or sale will have issues that make the transaction difficult for one of the parties.  Issues come and go.  Ten years ago urea formaldehyde foam insulation (UFFI) was front and centre.  It even made into the offer form as a clause where the seller warrants that UFFI is not in place.  In the U.S. asbestos is a huge issue but is hardly a concern here (but it should be, we think).
