Tell us About Your Property

Provide us with description of your home so we may do a preliminary
analysis of
comparable properties. We find that filling out this form helps
sellers focus in on the real value of their home.

If you live in the Niagara Region, we will call to set up an
appointment in your home. If you are outside of the area
call for a recommendation of a Realtor who may be able to help. If
you are not in the Niagara area still contact us and we will assist in
finding the right agent for you.
C.
We will review the selling process and
ensure you know what costs to expect. We will also share our
preliminary findings. Treat this like a job
interview and decide if you want to 'hire' us to help you. You have no obligation
to this point.
3.
Get an Opinion of Value and Do the Listing
A.
After the initial consultation,
we will meet with you again to share our findings on the property
value.
B.
We will at this time ask if you wish to list your home with us. If
you agree then we will take measurements and discuss modest improvements
for marketing. You wish to wait to list
C. We
will prepare the listing agreement for signature and submit it to the
Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
D. We
will then begin marketing your home.
