On May 24, 2002, JustShelter Realty Services, Inc. began operation as a
full service real estate sales and consulting business. We brought many
years of experience to create a
company that better expresses our values and the way we wish do our work.
In Real Estate Sales our primary focus is
to assist clients find the best solution to their housing needs at a fair
price for our services. The client’s best and long-term interest comes
first and we commit to work through all possible options to find the best
choices.
We continue to work with persons of all ages and family
situations. We do tend to focus on the needs of seniors, especially in
our consulting work. Seniors have very specific needs requiring a wide
range of knowledge on social, health, and financial issues, as well as
knowledge of community resources.
Our Development Consulting will create housing projects which are more
than building with living spaces. Our focus is on:

desire to provide real estate or consulting services to individuals,
organizations, businesses, and other groups who desire to find or create
housing which enhances the quality of life.

clients make decisions based on their needs and best interest;

encourage and assist the development of shelter that is respects the
physical social and community environment;

promote access and fairness for those without adequate shelter because of
wealth, age, or special needs.

Our
work is, first and foremost, an act of service. That
service is about meeting needs which are quite different depending on one's current circumstances. Families, singles, and older adults
have needs that are defined by the size of household, work, health,
and leisure habits. Recognizing the different solutions to these
and future needs is the key to good service.
