Our work as developers of housing for older adults and in helping them move to more desirable housings has given us  countless conversations about what works best.  This next move for can be for some the most stressful of their life.  Kids can bounce from place to place with some ease.  We, however, have a life time of possessions, precious neighbours, and memories to sort out and downsize.
